Psychotherapy

We offer counseling for individuals.  All of our clinicians work with adults and some also work with children and teens. Each clinician in our practice has their own unique approach to therapy and skillset of modalities. Please read out clinician bios to find out more about how each practitioners approaches therapy.

We are currently in network with all CareFirst insurance plans. Out of pocket sessions cost $150-$175 per session. If you have a different insurance with Out Of Network coverage, your insurance may reimburse you for a portion of the cost. Some individual practitioners may also offer sliding scale sessions.
