This group is intended to create a supportive and empowering space for solo parents to connect, share, and relate with one another. Although the group will be hosted by a licensed therapist, it is not group therapy. Instead, it is a collaborative group of peers who meet virtually once a month to discuss topics related to being a solo parent.
